End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Mailofly ("Licensor"). Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Mailofly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Mailofly platform, applications, integrations, and APIs for your lawful business or personal email delivery operations.

• You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Mailofly software or services.
• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where permitted by applicable law.
• You shall not use the service to transmit spam, unsolicited bulk email, malware, or phishing campaigns.
• You shall not bypass or circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls implemented by Mailofly.

When you connect third-party platforms (such as Vercel, Cloudflare, or AWS SES) to Mailofly, you authorize Mailofly to interact with those services on your behalf solely to configure DNS records, verify domains, and manage sending identities. You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each connected third-party provider.

Mailofly retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of all email content, subscriber lists, and domain configurations provided by you.

The software and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Mailofly makes no warranty that the service will meet your specific requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mailofly or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the software.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Mailofly if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and APIs.
